In order for HSfootballclub to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all of its members, we need to know what is appropriate on our site. This includes knowing what types of speech are unwelcome or unacceptable on our site. We support free speech (known as “First Amendment rights”), but also realize that certain forms of speech – such as harassment, abuse, threats, and stalking – have no place on our site.

Here are examples of what we consider to be “inappropriate” or unacceptable speech on our site:

Posting content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any individual or organization. This includes but is not limited to copyright violations (this includes images. videos and music).

Posting anything that encourages or facilitates illegal activity; use of the site to violate any applicable laws or regulations; posting false and/or defamatory information about any person or organization.

Posting content that is designed primarily to promote a website, product or service. This includes but is not limited to spam. You may not create multiple accounts for this purpose.

Engaging in commercial activity outside of the HSfootballclub without our prior written consent (including solicitations for money, promotion, or advertising of a product, service or website) – unless otherwise expressly permitted by us in these Terms of Use.

Posting content that do not allow others to know the identity of the poster. This includes but is not limited to impersonating another person, founder, or another member of HSfootballclub, or falsely claiming an affiliation with a person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate posts or content created by users of our site at our discretion and without prior notice and may take into account the user’s previous history on our site in determining whether to take such action. We also reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page so that you may always have access to the most current version of this Privacy Policy.
